Programmable finance needs
programmable money.

That layer does not exist yet. FractiFi is building it: the on-chain infrastructure banks use to issue and operate tokenized deposits, with money staying on the balance sheet and atomic settlement on-chain.


Why we exist. The money layer was never built to be programmable.

You cannot build a programmable financial system on a non-programmable monetary layer. The asset side has moved on-chain; the money underneath it has not, so settlement still waits and capital still sits idle against it.

Tokenized bank deposits close the gap: a deposit represented on-chain, backed one-to-one by the real deposit locked at the bank, enforced at the protocol level rather than promised by an issuer. It stays on the balance sheet, inside the regulatory perimeter, and settles in seconds, around the clock.

We build that layer. Not the assets on top of it, the money layer underneath.

We start one layer below. Most begin at the asset. We begin at the deposit.

Most tokenization vendors start at the asset: pick a bond, a fund, or a property, wrap it in a token, and leave settlement and compliance to be solved elsewhere. The token moves, but the money it settles against does not.

FractiFi starts at the deposit. By providing the on-chain representation of bank-held deposits with a protocol-enforced one-to-one invariant, we make atomic delivery-vs-payment possible on-chain without the bank ever moving money off its balance sheet. Compliance is built into the protocol, not bolted on after.

We do one thing, in depth: the deposit and coordination layer everything else settles on. We do not take deposits, hold customer money, or move cash between banks. The bank keeps the deposit, the customer, and the regulatory perimeter. That focus is deliberate, and it is what makes the layer dependable enough to build on.
